2003年度神奈川県研修生で今はブータン王国の政府高官建築技師として活躍している第４３回トークサロンのスピーカー Tougay Choedup さんから便りがありました。

Sent: Monday, May 08, 2006 3:27 PM 　After I have returned from Japan, I was involved in construction of about 6 km of Expressway near the capital city.
